Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, specialising in trust & safety, platform integrity, abuse prevention, or related domains.
  • Familiar with end‑to‑end workforce management — demand forecasting, HC plan, scheduling algorithms, onsite, and cost management.
  • Strong logical thinking and data‑driven decision making; proficient in SQL and metrics decomposition.
  • Excellent cross‑functional communication, with a results‑orientated mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Define WFM strategy and solutions to achieve supply‑demand balance and cost objectives.
  • Conduct deep business/process research, produce high‑quality PRDs, workflows, and prototypes to ship from 0→1.
  • Independently own cross‑team initiatives (ops, eng, data, Ops), drive releases, adoption, and iterative improvements.
  • Build and maintain KPI frameworks, use SQL and correlation analysis to diagnose issues and recommend optimizations.

Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, we deliver scalable solutions that keep pace with rapid global growth.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver business outcomes: Define WFM strategy and solutions to achieve supply‑demand balance and cost objectives.
  • Product design: Conduct deep business/process research, produce high‑quality PRDs, workflows, and prototypes to ship from 0→1 or iterate existing systems.
  • Cross‑functional project leadership: Independently own cross‑team initiatives (ops, eng, data, Ops), drive releases, adoption, and iterative improvements.
  • Metrics & data: Build and maintain KPI frameworks (e.g., workforce efficiency, completion rate, cost, etc.), use SQL and correlation analysis to diagnose issues and recommend optimizations.
Qualifications
