Key Responsibilities
  • Define product positioning, roadmap, and lifecycle strategy aligned with market and business goals
  • Translate customer and market requirements into clear product specifications
  • Manage product enhancements, new product introductions, and end-of-life planning
  • Engage customers to understand application needs, pain points, and industry trends
  • Support customer evaluations, demos, and technical discussions alongside sales and engineering teams
  • Gather and prioritize customer feedback to guide product improvements
  • Work closely with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure timely product delivery
  • Partner with sales and marketing to develop pricing, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies
  • Act as the central point of coordination between technical and commercial teams
  • Support regional sales teams with product training, competitive positioning, and customer presentations
  • Analyze product performance, market adoption, and competitive landscape
  • Travel within the region to customer sites, partners, and internal meetings as required
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field
  • 3–8 years of experience in product management, application engineering, or technical marketing within semiconductors or industrial equipment
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing or capital equipment environments
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel regionally
