Our banking client is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join their Private Banking Product & Solutions team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working closely with Client Advisers, external partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver a robust suite of wealth products and ensure best-in-class governance. You will drive product due diligence, monitor risk, enhance sales processes, and support product innovation for private banking clients.
Manage product selection and end-to-end processes across unit trusts, bonds, insurance, trust/family office solutions, DPM, and financing.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing products, partners, and platforms to ensure relevance and competitiveness.
Work closely with external partners and alliances on product evaluation, due diligence, and market updates.
Review internal processes and procedures, including transaction workflows, presentation materials, approval documentation, and client follow-ups.
Ensure all product information is clearly communicated, accurately maintained, and updated in a timely manner.
Assess product-related risks and monitor LTV (Loan-to-Value) ratios, working closely with Credit and Management teams.
Partner with Client Advisers to ensure sales processes comply with MAS regulations and Fair Dealing Guidelines.
Keep internal policies and transaction activities aligned with current regulatory requirements.
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Department or Management.
Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution, or equivalent professional experience.
3–5 years of relevant experience in private banking product management or wealth management.
Preferably CACS-certified and/or CMFAS M9, M9A, M5, HI holders.
Strong knowledge of wealth products, private banking platforms, and industry trends.
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
