Job description
  • Position: Product Manager (Medical/FMCG)
  • Location: Loyang (Few bus stop from Pasir Ris MRT)
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am-6.00pm
  • Salary (Depend on experience): Up to $6500 basic + $750-$1500 Transport allowance + $80 mobile + AWS + High Commission (quarterly basis) + Medical benefits + 14 days annual leave

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term Go-To-Market (GTM), branding, and marketing strategies to achieve product and portfolio objectives.
  • Define annual marketing plans, budgets, KPIs, and targets to drive market share and revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimise A&P budgets across marketing and trade activities to maximise ROI and ensure clear brand positioning.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Product Executives, providing strong commercial guidance and decision‑making support.
  • Lead marketing initiatives for existing and new brands, including lifecycle management and launch planning.
  • Conduct market, consumer/patient, and competitive analysis to identify growth and expansion opportunities.
  • Drive digital marketing and e‑commerce strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
  • Support the sales team through regular field engagement (joint calls bi‑weekly) to align strategy with execution.
  • Collaborate with global/regional brand teams on new product development initiatives.
  • Develop and execute trade marketing plans across Ethical & Consumer‑Health channels to meet annual sales targets.
  • Work closely with sales, supply chain, and regulatory teams to ensure effective and compliant execution.
  • Manage relationships with key chains, pharmacies, institutions, and key stakeholders to strengthen market presence.
  • Ensure all promotional materials comply with regulatory and internal guidelines.
  • Track performance against KPIs and manage budgets responsibly.
  • Undertake ad‑hoc assignments as required by Management.
Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or Science.
  • Minimum 3 years of product management experience, in FMCG industry.
  • Possess good attitude and interpersonal skills.
