Objectives of the position:

The product manager oversees the entire product lifecycle, aligning regional objectives with global strategies. The role informs global strategies with local market trends and ensures the global portfolio meets local needs. Key responsibilities include collaborating with regional and global leadership to define target market pricing, implement profitability measures, and coordinate pricing strategies.

The Product Manager for Connectors & Cable Management, which includes Low Voltage Connectors, Data Connectors, Cable Glands, Conduits, and Labelling systems, plays a key role in defining and executing the product line strategy in the cable accessories vertical to improve revenue, profitability, and increase the customer base for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Steer product launches and manage product lifecycle (PLC)
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis, translate input into product requirements, and define product-specific strategies and target market pricing
  • Innovate to solve customer problems, integrate new technologies, and develop comprehensive business concepts for new product development
  • Align regional/local objectives with global strategies and collaborate with Sales & Cluster Managers
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps and the 5-Year Integrated Roadmap (5YIR)
  • Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and drive continuous improvements
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales) to ensure product feasibility, quality, and compliance
  • Manage product documentation, specifications, and training/support materials for sales teams

  • Strong writing, presenting, and communication skills

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am - 6pm
