Job description
Existing Client Portfolio Management & Revenue Optimization:
  • Proactively manage and strengthen relationships with the assigned portfolio of existing corporate and institutional (including NBFI) clients.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of periodic Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews and ongoing client due diligence (CDD).
  • Deepen client penetration by actively promoting and selling the full suite of online payment solutions, FX services, and sophisticated cash management products (e.g., liquidity management, virtual accounts, collections, disbursements).
  • Identify opportunities to enhance fee‑based income (non‑interest income - NII/NIC) from existing clients through value‑added services, transaction volume growth, and cross‑selling.
  • Monitor client profitability and develop strategies to improve non‑interest revenue contribution.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to expand the client base and market share in Singapore.
  • Structure compelling cash management proposals tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients.
  • Drive significant new non‑interest income (NII/NIC) streams from newly onboarded clients.
  • Represent the bank at industry events and build a strong network within the corporate and institutional sector.
Departmental Admin Operations & Management:
  • Conduct regular data analysis of product performance, client activity, revenue streams (especially non‑interest income), and market trends to inform decision‑making and strategy.
  • Ensure accurate and timely daily position reporting and reconciliation related to cash management flows.
  • Oversee key operational aspects of the Cash Management Centre, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), risk controls, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Technology, Compliance, Risk, Sales, and Treasury teams to ensure seamless product delivery and client service.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of cash management products and processes for the Singapore market.
  • Prepare management reports and presentations on portfolio performance, business development activities, and market insights.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, IT, Business or related fields
  • More than 3 years' of work experience in a FinTech companies, digital banking or corporate banking industry
  • Integrated digital marketing and social media experience
  • In‑depth experience in financial services marketing, preferably at Corporate Digital Banking
  • Project management experience, including measuring and monitoring results
  • A focus on campaign management and strong digital marketing capabilities
  • The ability to understand and simplify information to create clear, compelling communication
  • Ability to handle and deliver on multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Interest in and good understanding of both traditional finance and Fintech markets
  • Fintech and e‑commerce industry knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent consulting, writing, presentation and communication skills
  • An independent thinker, yet an accountable, collaborative team player
