Job description
Responsibilities
  • Manage the product strategy, customer journey and portfolio performance of the Core Cards portfolios targeting at youths, emerging and mass affluent segments, to support & contribute to the overall Cards & Personal Loans business goals and objectives
  • Monitor market and competitive trends to identify gaps and opportunities, and develop value propositions for each of the card products through differentiated offerings and product innovation, to stay relevant to customers’ evolving needs
  • Lead initiatives on digital solutions and other innovation that would drive customer engagement, enhance user experience, improve product delivery and servicing, optimise costs and operational efficiency, and streamline processes
  • Business Project Manager for mobile wallet (eg, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay)
  • Work closely with Card Schemes on all matters relating to Product Management
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience in product / segment / loyalty marketing with good understanding of the dynamics of consumer card products
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • A team player with a positive attitude, professionalism and a strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics.
  • Result focused and must possessed team leadership skills with deep relationship management experience.
  • Strong leadership that role models the right behavior to instill a culture of success and discipline to deliver growth to the business.
  • Possess a high degree of “figure it out” factor and self-sufficiency.
  • Able to cultivate open communication among teammates to actively promote exchange of ideas.
  • Able to function in high pressure situations, quick to adapt, recover and reset priorities in the ever changing business environment
