Responsibilities

• End-to-End Product Ownership: Independently lead the planning and design of product modules, driving the entire product lifecycle from user needs insight, solution formulation, to successful launch and iteration.

• High-Quality User Experience: Craft a superior product experience by ensuring high standards in interaction design, visual presentation, and user flow, delivering a seamless and intuitive integrated experience.

• Product Growth Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies, including core metric analysis, funnel optimization, A/B testing, and iterative improvements based on performance data.

• Commercialization Initiatives: Contribute to commercialization strategy and feature design (e.g., pricing models, payment touchpoints), ensuring monetization is naturally integrated into the user journey.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, etc.) to ensure goal alignment, manage project timelines, and mitigate risks.

• AI Integration & Innovation: Deeply participate in integrating AI capabilities into the product. Design AI-friendly and user-centric interactions, and continuously explore and validate innovative application scenarios.

Qualifications

• Proven Product Ownership: Demonstrated experience independently owning a product or core modules, with a track record of delivering high-quality product designs and shipping successful features.

• Growth & Commercialization Acumen: Hands-on experience in growth and/or commercialization, with a strong ability to balance user experience with business objectives to drive tangible results.

• Project & Stakeholder Management: Solid project management and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to align multiple teams, build consensus, and drive initiatives forward.

• AI Knowledge & Experience: Familiarity with AI and Large Language Model (LLM) trends and applications. Practical experience in designing or launching AI-powered products is a significant plus.
