Our client is a Marine and Offshore Industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Product Engineer to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical Design & Development: Translate product and system requirement into manufacturable mechanical designs, ensuring performance, safety, and production feasibility.
• Machinery Arrangement & Layout Planning: Design machinery layouts to optimize space, accessibility, safety, and ease of maintenance.
• Product Research & Concept Development: Conduct research to identify user needs, market trends, and product requirements.
• Product Research & Concept Development (continued): Generate detailed design concepts and prototypes using CAD and SolidWorks.
• Product Research & Concept Development (continued): Create comprehensive mechanical designs, including drawings, models, BOMs, and specifications.

Requirements
