Job description

Job Description:

· Lead the research, planning, and organizational design of the company’s overall product portfolio.

· Oversee strategy development, implementation, and full lifecycle management of key product lines.

· Define the product roadmap and lead product research, planning, and launch activities.

· Build, train, and manage the product team.

· Organize and conduct product training sessions for both internal and external stakeholders.

· Lead the Marketing Department in planning and executing brand promotion activities, such as major exhibitions, brand exchange events, and new product launches.

· Drive the design and implementation of the company’s products, enhancing product competitiveness from both product and technical perspectives.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above; experience with top-tier brands is preferred.

2. Proven experience in successful product planning, with a track record of developing industry-leading products. MUST have product experience in POS. Either ECR or AIDC products.

3. In-depth understanding of industry trends and market dynamics, with the ability to accurately identify user needs.

4. Strong logical thinking with the ability to effectively establish product strategy, market positioning, and core value propositions.

5. Excellent team management and leadership skills.

6. Integrity, strong sense of responsibility, and a spirit of collaboration.
