About the job Product and Market Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the company, developing strategies to achieve planned companys milestones
• Provide leadership to achieve the companys objectives
• Plan and propose resources to support the growth demands of the company
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities including geographic expansion
• Provide leadership in the commercialization efforts of the companys product, including development and execution of entry strategies for new markets to ensure successful market penetration and growth
• Implement and execute plans that includes sourcing for distribution partners and identifying suitable channels to market the product
• Oversee the financial management of the company
• Work with the finance team to seek revenue forecast and budget
• Monitor financial performance against forecasts and execute corrective actions
• Work closely with the engineering team to create strong partnership with industry partners

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Business
• At least 5 to 8 years of experience, preferably from medical devices industry
• Strategic business thinking with ability to be hands on
• Strong business sense to implement commercial strategies for the company
• Prior knowledge or experience in medical device industry will be advantageous
