Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Supply Chain professional to manage supplier relationships and optimize logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have a degree in a related field, at least 3 years of experience, and strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems. This position offers a salary up to $4,800 with potential bonuses, working Monday to Friday within walking distance from Kaki Bukit MRT.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ Supply Chain experience in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
• Familiar with import/export processes and Incoterms.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for quality, cost, and reliability.
• Prepare and follow up on purchase requisitions and orders.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Sales, and Stores.
• Maintain supplier relationships and resolve quality issues.
• Monitor stock levels and manage inventory via ERP/MRP.
• Plan inbound/outbound shipments and handle import/export compliance.
• Optimise logistics and warehouse operations for efficiency.

• Working Days: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
• Location: Within walking distance from Kaki Bukit MRT
• Company: Electronics manufacturing (Cable assembly, interconnects, and electronic contract manufacturing)
