Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with global business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and continuous improvement within procurement processes.
• Oversee workflows for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing inventory efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in all procurement activities.
• Drive effective communication and compliance with procurement processes across the ASEAN region.
• Lead change initiatives related to digital transformation and procurement systems.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, evaluating their performance regularly.
• Collaborate with regional business units and clinical operations to optimize procurement processes.
• Monitor procurement KPIs and compile regular reports for leadership, using data-driven insights to refine procurement strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years in a regional leadership capacity within the healthcare industry.
• Extensive knowledge of procurement best practices, contract law, and supplier management.
• Proven experience in managing procurement activities across multiple countries in the region.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
