Responsibilities
- Assist in the procurement of ship materials and spare parts, including inquiries, quotations, order placement, and delivery follow-up.
- Support daily finance tasks such as bookkeeping, invoice management, reconciliation, and expense claims.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure timely supply and accurate financial settlement for vessel services.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR);
- Prior experience in ship service or related maritime/supply chain industries preferred;
- Basic knowledge of finance and proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word);
- Responsible, detail-oriented, hardworking, and a good team player;
