Job summary

This role supports the Project Management Office under Project Polaris, a comprehensive transformation initiative. Job description

The successful candidate will be a part of the Procurement department and report to the Manager Project Management Office (Project Polaris). The role supports the Project Management Office (PMO) under the Source-to-Pay track of Project Polaris, a Finance, Procurement and Engineering transformation project in conjunction with the SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) replacement project. Project Polaris aims to implement capabilities, processes and systems to generate additional value, drive more efficiencies and deliver the digital ERP foundation to support the business needs of SIA into the future.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and identify changes to processes, operations and policies to develop and implement a change management plan which outlines the strategy, objectives, and tactics for managing changes.
  • Identify and engage stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns and ensure their inputs are considered in the change management process.
  • Develop and deliver effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about changes and the expected outcomes.
  • Develop, implement and facilitate training programs to ensure all stakeholders are aware of new processes, policies and procedures to ensure successful adoption of changes.
  • Identify, assess and develop a plan to mitigate risks associated with the changes.
  • Monitor the progress of changes and report on status of the change management plan.
  • Plan and schedule resources efficiently.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • Possess analytical, problem solving and conceptualization skills.
  • Possess interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
  • Strong organization skills and good time management.
  • Knowledge or some experience in one or more of the following is preferred:
  • Procurement Operations
  • SAP ERP system or systems supporting invoice processing
  • Category or Supply Chain management
  • Procurement business analytics
  • Accounts Payable functions and processes
