We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team in Singapore. You will partner with design, R&D, and manufacturing teams to deliver high‑quality components on time and cost, ensuring smooth supply for printer shipments and supporting New Product Introductions (NPIs).

Main responsibilities:
  • Support molding fabrication processes in quality management, molding operations, and secondary processes.
  • Assist in plastic injection mold design and selection of plastic materials (resins) for parts.
  • Participate in the design or verification of metrology fixtures.
  • Support metal fabrication processes including basic tooling design, stamping, welding/soldering, extrusion, casting, and surface treatment operations.
  • Apply statistical process control, GD&T fundamentals, and basic DOE concepts in daily tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and suppliers under supervision to meet project deliverables.
How you will work
  • Hybrid work model: 2–3 days/week onsite
  • Monthly net salary: 6,500 SGD net per month (13 payments), depending on demonstrated experience.
  • Permanent contract from day one.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Around 2 years of hands‑on experience in plastic technology, mold design, plastic materials, and/or basic manufacturing processes in metal forming and tooling design.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
