Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement – Contract Analyst with strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, as well as creating Statements of Work (SOW). The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting procurement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving efficiency in supplier engagement and contract lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), NDAs, and vendor agreements.
- Create, review, and finalize Statements of Work (SOW) in alignment with project and business requirements.
- Support procurement processes including RFPs, RFQs, and vendor selection.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and business stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance and risk mitigation.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts and amendments in contract management systems.
- Provide guidance on procurement policies and procedures to internal stakeholders.
- Monitor contract performance, deliverables, and obligations to ensure adherence.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in contract and procurement management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or vendor management.
- Proven expertise in drafting and managing contracts and SOWs.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with procurement systems/tools (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, SAP) preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of procurement best practices and legal frameworks.
- Experience in IT, professional services, or large-scale outsourcing agreements.
