Job Summary

The Procurement Administrator provides administrative and clerical support to the Procurement Team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role focuses on preparing documents, maintaining supplier databases, and managing procurement records, while assisting in vendor-related processes and departmental coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Procurement Team in the preparation of purchase orders and other procurement-related documents.
  • Maintain and regularly update the supplier database to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Process administrative procurement forms, including new vendor registration and item setup requests.
  • Organize and maintain procurement records such as product specifications, import permits, and tasting records.
  • Assist in the collection of vendor feedback and document incidents related to supplier performance.
  • Provide general administrative support to departmental operations and carry out other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or procurement support role is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with ERP/procurement systems.
