Job summary

A cocoa manufacturing company based in Singapore is seeking a candidate with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the cocoa/chocolate manufacturing sector. Qualifications

  • 5 years in audit, QA/QC, and process improvement in cocoa/chocolate manufacturing.

Job description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with operations teams to analyze production failures and losses, develop actionable recommendations, and implement solutions to enhance systems, standard work, and processes.
  • Drive operational excellence and production excellence by implementing and auditing best practices, monitoring key performance indicators, and proactively raising performance standards.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities, monitoring progress, and applying industry best practices.
  • Support proactive maintenance, reliability programs, and improvement projects to ensure optimal plant performance.
  • Independently resolve complex issues with minimal supervision, escalating critical matters when necessary
  • Act as a liaison between product development and operations teams to deliver client-specific product solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least 15 years of experience in cocoa/chocolate manufacturing.
  • Minimum 5 years in audit, QA/QC, and process improvement within a cocoa/chocolate manufacturing environment
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product development for cocoa/chocolate products
