About the role

  • Within production strategy and guidelines, direct, plan, organize, develop & control all activities of the Production function to meet short-, medium and long-term production goals whilst complying with customer requirements, rules, laws and regulations.
  • This role will assist the Assistant Process Manager in managing trials to adapt the entire production lines to scale up from laboratory trials.

Key responsibilities include

  • Production Support
    • Monitor and follow up production process closely, ensure that production departments follow the schedule, manufacture high-quality products to meet customer specifications in time, etc.
    • Production process management i.e. chocolate process parameter setting, analysis, guideline, improvement, etc.
    • New product industrial development/trial leader and recipe transfer project leader.
    • Position SOP development responsible;
    • Rework and tractability responsible;
  • Quality
    • Ensure all products are within specification and meet customer’s requirements
    • Obtain correct information for specification and revise
    • HACCP team member and quality control focus
  • Other
    • Participate in pack code creation project
    • Participate in new product trials and new equipment testing shift rotation if needed

About you

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial, Process or relevant engineering degree.
  • 3 years of related experience in the Chocolate Industry
  • Knowledge or specific business understanding
  • SAP knowledge is a must
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sounds professional, muscular coordination and organizing ability in every point of view, with the ability to prioritize and proactively complete projects
