Job description

This position is responsible for driving continuous process improvement and ensuring operational excellence in manufacturing processes. The role involves planning, evaluating, verifying, and executing procedures to ensure that products consistently meet customer requirements in terms of quality, yield, quantity, and cycle time.

  • Optimise process margin through Design of Experiment and statistical process control to achieve yield target.
  • Drive and sustain continuous process improvements by planning, evaluating, verifying, and executing procedures to ensure products meet customer requirements in terms of quality, yield, delivery and cycle time.
  • Implement both short-term and long-term corrective actions to address any process discrepancies.
  • Liaise with customers and prospective clients on the development and enhancement of process, material, and equipment capabilities.
  • Manage customer interactions related to special requests, audits, site visits, and quality incidents.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams to support new product and process development, yield improvement, cost reduction, capacity expansion, and productivity enhancement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Materials Engineering or equivalent
