Job description

A leading US law firm is seeking a Private Equity / M&A Associate (2–6 PQE) to join its Singapore office. The role focuses on sponsor-side transactions, with a focus on digital infrastructure-led deals across the region.

The Role:

• Advise private equity sponsors on high-value M&A and investment transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and platform investments
• Work on complex, cross-border digital infrastructure deals (e.g., data centres, digital connectivity, technology‑enabled assets)
• Responsible for drafting and transaction management, coordinating closely with sponsors, counterparties, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years’ PQE in Private Equity and/or M&A from a leading international or top‑tier firm
• Strong drafting skills and demonstrated ability to manage transactions independently
• Experience advising financial sponsors strongly preferred
• US, UK, or other common‑law qualified lawyers welcomed
• Candidates must be based in Singapore or committed to relocating permanently
