Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial and marketing software products.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to grow the global user base.
• Build scalable, high-performance software systems.
• Communicate effectively with product managers to design and implement features.
• Perform system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and refactoring.
• Write clean, maintainable, high-quality code.
• Mentor and supervise junior developers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience with full project lifecycle in Java applications.
• Strong expertise in Core Java, server-side Java, and Spring frameworks.
• Extensive experience in software design, architecture, and integration.
• Solid knowledge of event processing, multi-threading, enterprise integration patterns, web services, and REST APIs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Spring Cloud and microservices architecture.
• Experience working on backend systems in large internet companies.
• JVM, SQL, RPC performance tuning experience.
• Experience with React-based UI development is a plus.
