As a Principal Sales & Account Management you will lead commercial expansion across the Asia‑Pacific region building strategic relationships with travel agency partners and unlocking new growth opportunities. You will focus on new customer acquisition and regional adoption shaping go‑to‑market strategies championing product innovation and guiding partners through payment transformation. This role demands deep knowledge of the APAC commercial landscape a strong fintech sales background and the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures.

Responsibilities
  • Lead new customer acquisition and drive Sabre Direct Pay adoption among travel agency partners across APAC.
  • Build and manage high‑impact agency relationships as a trusted advisor in payment modernization.
  • Structure and negotiate commercial agreements aligned with Sabre’s regional growth strategy.
  • Collaborate with product legal finance and risk teams to localize and scale Sabre Direct Pay solutions.
  • Represent Sabre Direct Pay across internal leadership forums and industry events to amplify visibility in APAC markets.
Preferred qualifications and education
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in fintech sales or business development with a focus on mid to large enterprise merchants.
  • Proven expertise in e‑commerce payment solutions merchant acquiring or payment orchestration in APAC.
  • Demonstrated success in driving new customer acquisition and managing complex commercial engagements.
  • Experience in the travel industry or with travel agencies is a plus.
  • Skilled in strategic planning commercial negotiations and stakeholder engagement in matrixed environments.
