Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and convert business opportunities in the Singapore market to drive growth.
  • Proactively engage clients through face-to-face meetings, virtual interactions, and consistent follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, candidates, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Promote the company’s HR solutions and enhance employer branding across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and career fairs
  • Plan, manage, and optimise digital marketing campaigns via platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, JobStreet, and MyCareersFuture.
  • Tailor proposals to meet client needs and confidently lead commercial negotiations.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field
  • 5–8 years’ experience in BD, recruitment, or HR solutions, preferably in tech sector
  • Familiar with cross-border operations in ASEAN and Singapore’s FTAs

  • Open to local / regional travel for client meetings and events
