Job description

As a key member of our design team, you will collaborate closely with the Vice President or Project’s Team Leader in all aspects of design and development. Your role involves delivering high-quality design work that showcases creative and innovative thinking. You will have the opportunity to work on mid to large-scale projects and will be expected to demonstrate both collaborative and autonomous working capabilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Work on all architecture phases, from concept design to construction stage.
2. Produce high-quality, creative designs.
3. Handle mid to large-scale projects with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
4. Collaborate effectively and work independently as needed.
5. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Manage third-party contributions.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
• Proficient in Adobe Suite, Rhino, Enscape, Revit
• Experience with Grasshopper or parametric design, hand sketching, and AI software is a plus.
• Demonstrate strong graphic skills with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• A hands-on person who is positive, proactive and driven
• Acts as a team player and shows positive attitude.
