Responsibilities

• Support principal to manage the daily operations of the centre
• Support in marketing efforts to achieve enrolment targets
• Manage manpower related issues (e.g. duty roster, training and development)
• Work within licensing and regulatory requirements
• Coach and mentor fellow teaching professionals to raise productivity and performance.
• Support team in the planning and execution of curriculum development and delivery
• Teacher and parent management
• Lead in organizing and execution of Company\'s related events

Requirements

• Preferably a Degree in Early Childhood Education
• Certificate in Special Needs or related field will be an added advantage
• At least 2 years of experience in leadership role
