Location: Islandwide

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (44 hours per week)

What You’ll Do

• Create a warm, secure, and engaging learning environment where children feel confident and supported.
• Foster holistic growth by delivering developmentally and culturally responsive learning experiences.
• Build strong, trusting partnerships with parents and families, and contribute to centre initiatives that strengthen community connections.
• Actively engage in continuous learning, reflective practice, and teamwork—supporting a culture where educators collaborate and grow together.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T) or equivalent
• A genuine willingness to embrace inquiry-based learning approaches.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and classroom management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• A deep passion for early childhood education, with a caring and dedicated heart for children’s development.
