We are seeking a dynamic and experienced TechnologyPre-Sales Engineer to join our team at Radix Berrie As a key member of thepre-sales engineering team, you will play a critical role in driving the salesprocess by providing technical expertise, solution design, and strategicguidance to our clients. Your deep understanding of technology and system integrationwill help in demonstrating the value of our solutions and ensuring customersuccess.

Responsibilities
Solution Designand Architecture:

·Collaborate withthe sales team to understand client requirements and design tailoredsolutions.

·Develop andpresent technical proposals, including solution architectures, implementationplans, and cost estimates.

TechnicalExpertise:

·Provide in-depthtechnical support and consultancy to customers during the pre-sales phase.

·Conduct productdemonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and technical workshops.

·Stay up-to-datewith the latest technology trends and products relevant to the company'sofferings.

ClientEngagement:

·Primary technicalpoint of contact for the Sales Team

·Act as theprimary technical point of contact for potential clients.

·Build andmaintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

·Address technicalqueries and objections effectively to advance the sales process.

Collaboration:

·Work closely withthe sales, product management, and engineering teams to align on productcapabilities and roadmap.

·Provide feedbackto product management and engineering based on client interactions and markettrends.

Documentation andReporting:

·Create andmaintain detailed documentation for proposed solutions, including diagrams,technical specifications, and implementation guides.

·Prepare anddeliver technical presentations to clients, partners, and internal teams.

Training andEnablement:
  • Conduct training sessions for sales teams to improve their technical understanding and sales effectiveness.
  • Develop and deliver training materials andresources for clients and partners.
Qualifications
Education:

·Diploma in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field orBachelor's degree in Computer Science desirable.

Experience:

·Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role,preferably with a focus on system integration.

·Proven track record of designing and delivering complex technicalsolutions.

Technical Skills:

·Strong knowledge of system integration, networking, and enterprise ITinfrastructure.

·Familiarity with a wide range of technologies, such as cloud computing,virtualization, security, and data management.

·Proficiency in solution design tools and methodologies.

Soft Skills:

·Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability toexplain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technicalaudiences.

·Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

·Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to deliveringexceptional service.

Certifications:

Relevant industrycertifications (e.g., Microsoft Cisco, VMware, Veeam, Nutanix AWS) are highlydesirable.
