Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in Sales Engineering Management.
  • Proven ability to provide technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
  • Experience with deployment and integration of software-based solutions.
  • Excellent presentation skills in-person and via virtual platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a regional team of Sales Engineers.
  • Build and execute technical enablement plans for channel partners.
  • Oversee onboarding and training of new Sales Engineering staff.
