Qualifications

• 5-10 years’ experience in project management or systems engineering delivering multi-disciplinary solutions.
• Demonstrated pre-sales experience: RFx responses, solution design, pricing, and customer presentations.
• Strong vendor/subcontractor management and customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle from pre-sales to delivery.
• Lead requirements discovery and stakeholder workshops.
• Manage change requests and contract risks throughout delivery.
