  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with port authorities, local agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze port performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate strategies.
  • Manage and optimize voyage costings, including bunker supplies and other operational expenses.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to vessel crews during loading and discharging operations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of port activities and performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments to drive continuous improvement.
