Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately input financial transactions into the accounting system.
• Assist in maintaining the general ledger by reconciling accounts.
• Monitor and process accounts payable invoices and prepare customer invoices.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Review and process employee expense claims for compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Track and monitor expenses against budgeted amounts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control procedures.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Support the accounting team with ad-hoc tasks.
