· Handle routine policy administration and servicing within standard protocols & assigned authority under a straight timeline
· Equip with good communication & problem‑solving skills in handling wide range of after‑sales servicing requests (e.g. collateral assignments, change of policy ownership/life insured/ beneficiary, policy surrender and claim, etc.), in a timely, accurate and professional manner
· Keep data integrity and documentation standards within the CRM system and policy records, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
· Exhibit positive, supportive behaviour in all interactions with co‑workers & line managers
· Review and update manuals, procedures or operational forms when necessary
