We’re building out a new PMO function within a global technology organisation that’s growing rapidly across Asia. With new leadership in place, we’re taking the opportunity to scale and mature portfolio governance, demand intake, and prioritisation work across departments.

We’re looking for a PMO Manager who will establish and enhance PMO processes across the Global Information Services (GIS) function - someone who can partner closely with senior stakeholders, design practical PMO frameworks, and help scale governance in a fast‑moving, enterprise technology environment.

What You’ll Do

• Build and implement PMO frameworks from the ground up; refine existing operating models.
• Define governance cadence, reporting standards, project tracking mechanisms, and delivery methodologies.
• Lead portfolio & roadmap management across multi‑year GIS programs; drive demand management (intake, prioritisation, resourcing, financials, allocation tracking).
• Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis to redesign processes (e.g., project intake, capacity planning, financial tracking).
• Facilitate workshops and decision forums; align senior global stakeholders on priorities and portfolio impact.

What You’ll Bring

• 10–15 years’ PMO, portfolio governance, or large‑scale IT program management experience.
• Proven business analysis depth (process mapping, gap identification, future‑state design) and PMO build experience.
• Credibility engaging global leaders across infrastructure, applications, and security; excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Strong understanding of demand management, project intake frameworks, and portfolio planning in enterprise technology environments.
