Position Title: Plumbing & Sanitary Engineer

Working Location: Islandwide (Office at Tai Seng)

Working Hours: 6 days, Mon - Sat (8am – 5.00pm)

Salary Package: Basic + OT

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and attend site inspections with client/consultant/authorities.
• Answer inquiries and resolve basic technical/site issues.
• Read drawings and do accurate slab marking for pipe routes, sleeves, and fixtures.
• Supervise underground works: trenching, levels/gradients, manholes, backfilling, testing.
• Supervise above‑ground works: water supply, sanitary/vent, rainwater systems, supports, valves.
• Coordinate with other trades to avoid clashes.
• Check work quality and safety; keep simple site records and daily reports.
• Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.
