Job summary

A construction project management company in Singapore is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain project schedules, produce performance updates, and coordinate with various teams. Job description
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, update, and maintain project schedules and sub-programs, including baseline, look-ahead, and short-term plans.
  • Produce weekly and monthly progress updates, including S-curves and variance analyses, and recommend recovery actions when deviations occur.
  • Support progress claim preparation by compiling program data, progress photos, material verification, and interim claim documentation.
  • Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and procurement departments to align activity sequencing, material lead times, and resource requirements.
  • Track critical lead times such as submittals, approvals, manufacturing, FAT, and delivery against project schedules.
  • Contribute to risk registers and conduct delay analyses and time-impact assessments to identify and mitigate schedule risks.
  • Prepare program visuals, charts, and presentations for meetings and client briefings.
  • Maintain comprehensive schedule documentation including as-built records, look-ahead plans, program change logs, and procurement trackers.
  • Support the implementation of standardized planning practices, ensuring quality checks on logic, relationships, and critical paths.
  • Deliverables include: weekly progress reports, fortnightly look-ahead programs, monthly report packs (narratives, KPIs, S-curves/histograms), procurement trackers, and as-built updates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel.
