Responsibilities

• Ensure all cakes are frosted as per Standard Operating Procedures.
• Collaborate with team to meet production orders timely.
• Accurately measure and prepare ingredients for baking.
• Perform cake icing and decoration with precision.
• Safely operate baking machinery and tools.
• Handle ingredients per sanitation regulations.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all cakes are frosted according to the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Collaborate effectively with team members to complete all production orders in a timely manner.
• Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients accurately for daily baking operations.
• Perform cake icing and decoration tasks with precision and creativity.
• Operate baking machinery, equipment, and tools safely and efficiently.
• Handle and store all ingredients properly, following strict sanitation and health regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation at all times.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Head Chef.
