A major healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant (Projects) to manage digital education projects. The role involves supporting project management, conducting study analysis, and liaising with partners. Commitment of at least 8 hours per week for 6 months is required.
The Pharmacy Assistant (Projects) is responsible for the efficient management and smooth operations of digital education/training project(s) in the Department. Responsibilities include helping/assisting the team with project management, IRB applications, liaison with partners and stakeholders (e.g. collaborators, vendors, grant committees), study design and development, conducting of study, analysis, report/publication writing and conference presentations. He/she works under the Principal Investigator (PI) and/or co-investigator(s) (co-Is) to provide prompt, efficient and quality work in relation to the project(s) that he/she manages.
