Overview

The Pharmacy Assistant (Projects) is responsible for the efficient management and smooth operations of digital education/training project(s) in the Department. Responsibilities include helping/assisting the team with project management, IRB applications, liaison with partners and stakeholders (e.g. collaborators, vendors, grant committees), study design and development, conducting of study, analysis, report/publication writing and conference presentations. He/she works under the Principal Investigator (PI) and/or co-investigator(s) (co-Is) to provide prompt, efficient and quality work in relation to the project(s) that he/she manages.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the team with project management, IRB applications, liaison with partners and stakeholders (e.g. collaborators, vendors, grant committees), study design and development, conducting of study, analysis, report/publication writing and conference presentations.
  • Support under the Principal Investigator (PI) and/or co-investigator(s) (co-Is) to provide prompt, efficient and quality work related to managed project(s).
Qualifications
  • 1. Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with pass in English and Mathematics
  • 2. Proficient in Microsoft Office & Media Design and Editing software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
  • 3. Able to commit at least 8 hours a week for at least 6 months
  • 4. Good written and verbal communication skills
  • 5. Experience in Healthcare/ Pharmacy/ Social work and/or Media Design & Development (including video editing) will be an advantage
  • 6. Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
