Job summary

Job description

This is not your typical dispensary role. We’re looking for a pharmacist with curiosity, initiative, and a proactive mindset - someone eager to grow beyond traditional pharmacy paths and into healthcare operations, strategy, and supply chain.

Working hours: Monday - Friday Office Hours

Salary range: $4,800 - $5,800/month

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage purchasing, inventory, and distribution of medications and clinical supplies across clinics.
  • Handle full spectrum of supply chain functions: vendor sourcing, purchasing, distribution, and inventory management.
  • Ensure adherence to MOH and regulatory standards (GDP, GDPMDS, ISO, etc.).
  • Help build purchasing SOPs and documentation processes.
  • Support maritime medical supply operations (e.g. offshore medication delivery).
  • Training will be provided by Senior Pharmacist - Inpatient/Clinical pharmacist are welcomed to pivot out of the usual clinical role for broader exposure & scope

To excel

  • SPC Registered
  • Comfortable & flexible with the out-of-office hours duty (maritime services)
  • Skilled in Data analysis using Microsoft Excel
  • Capable of using simple formulas or pivot tables to analyze data effectively
