Overview

My client, a leading company in the petrochemical industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality petrochemical products to global clients, is seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in bulk sales to join a dynamic growing team.

Note: only Singaporean Citizens and PR will be considered for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote petrochemical products, with a strong emphasis on bulk sales.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends, particularly in the bulk sales sector.
  • Prospect and qualify leads, develop relationships with potential and existing clients, and convert leads into profitable sales.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts in alignment with profitability goals and client satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and addressing client needs promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations, clearly communicating product features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Analyze sales data and forecasts to identify trends and develop strategies to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support the development and implementation of marketing initiatives.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management to support the overall objectives of the company.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 4 to 7 years of demonstrably successful experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record in bulk sales, preferably within the petrochemical industry.
  • Sales Performance: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business goals, particularly in bulk sales.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of petrochemical products and the global market is a plus.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel internationally.
