Job summary

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an EA or PA and strong organisational skills. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, drafting correspondence, and preparing reports to ensure smooth administrative operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an EA / PA with 1 to 5+ years of supporting executives.
- Ability to handle scheduling, travel, and meeting management.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.

- Oversee and coordinate the executive’s daily schedule, including calendar management, meeting arrangements, and task prioritisation.
- Organise domestic and international travel, covering flights, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare briefing notes, presentations, reports, agendas, and record minutes for meetings.
- Act as the primary liaison between the executive, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups on action items.
- Provide support with selected personal tasks and errands when necessary, enabling the executive to focus on business priorities.
- Manage communication channels, including screening phone calls, drafting correspondence, and filtering e-mails.
- Plan and coordinate events, offsites, and board or stakeholder meetings.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience as an EA / PA, executive support, or equivalent (1 to 5+ years depending on seniority)
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
