The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an EA or PA and strong organisational skills. Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an EA / PA with 1 to 5+ years of supporting executives.
  • Ability to handle scheduling, travel, and meeting management.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.

  • Organise travel arrangements including flights and accommodation.

Job description
  • Oversee and coordinate the executive’s daily schedule, including calendar management, meeting arrangements, and task prioritisation.
  • Organise domestic and international travel, covering flights, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries.
  • Prepare briefing notes, presentations, reports, agendas, and record minutes for meetings.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the executive, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups on action items.
  • Provide support with selected personal tasks and errands when necessary, enabling the executive to focus on business priorities.
  • Manage communication channels, including screening phone calls, drafting correspondence, and filtering e-mails.
  • Plan and coordinate events, offsites, and board or stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior experience as an EA / PA, executive support, or equivalent (1 to 5+ years depending on seniority)
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
