We are actively hiring for a client in a Community Hospital setting in Singapore and we wish to invite interested pharmacists to apply for the role.

Permanent Pharmacist (Back-end - Packing Services)
  • Verify and process medication orders, ensuring accuracy, appropriateness, and safety.
  • Oversee medication packing services, including final checks for accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct medication reviews and identify potential drug-related issues.
  • Collaborate with prescribers and nursing staff to optimise pharmacotherapy.
  • Ensure compliance with MOH guidelines, regulatory standards, and documentation requirements.
  • Support inventory management and medication supply workflows.
  • Assist with system, process, and operational improvements to meet service timelines.
Project Details
  • Commencement: FY 2026
  • 5 full days per week (willing to work on weekends), 42.5 hours per week
  • Degree in Pharmacy (Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent)
  • Must be registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council
