A leading HR service provider in Singapore is seeking an HRIS Specialist to manage HRIS and support SAP SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in HRIS, preferably with multinational companies. Responsibilities include promoting HRIS adoption, developing HR frameworks, and ensuring data integrity. A relevant Bachelor's degree is essential. This role offers an opportunity to strategize HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities:
HRIS Management & Support (SAP SuccessFactors Modules: Employee Central, PMGM, LMS, Recruitment & Onboarding, Compensation, Succession Planning, PeopleStats)
Promote HRIS adoption and provide user support across group companies
Facilitate change management initiatives and communicate system updates
Liaise between local HR teams and MHIA DX teams to ensure smooth coordination
Manage upload templates and ensure data integrity before submission
Troubleshoot HRIS issues and escalate to MHIA DX when necessary
Conduct Train the Trainer sessions and support SSO/IAS login issues
Participate in new HRIS implementations and cross-train across modules
Support half-yearly SAP SuccessFactors releases and enhancement requests
Generate accurate HR reports and analytics
Strategic business partner to management to align HR initiatives with business goals
Develop and implement HR frameworks, policies and procedures
Drive employee engagement through surveys, advisory service and workplace initiatives
Ensure consistent execution of HR strategies across APAC group companies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of hands-on HRIS experience, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors, in MNCenvironment
Proven track record in successful HRIS implementation
Strong knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems
Understanding of HR processes, data integrity, and benefit procedures
Familiarity with project management methodologies
