Responsibilities:

Payroll, HRMS & Compliance

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Singapore and regional employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and statutory compliance (CPF, MOM, IRAS, etc.).
  • Handle statutory reporting, audits, payroll queries, HRMS data migration/upgrades, and year-end submissions (e.g., IR8E).
  • Conduct salary benchmarking, annual increment reviews, and industry survey submissions.
Employee Benefits & Insurance
  • Administer employee benefits and insurance programs, including renewals, claims, and policy updates.
  • Manage workplace incidents, accidents, and compliance with benefits-related regulations.
HR Policies, Reporting & Governance
  • Develop and implement HR policies and ensure adherence to labor laws.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, prepare statutory reports, and manage CorpPass issuance and deregistration.
HR Operations & Employee Relations
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including employment documentation.
  • Provide guidance on compensation and benefits, manage employee relations matters, and handle disputes or whistleblowing cases.
  • Support expatriation and repatriation processes, including tax equalisation and allowances.
Performance, Rewards & Engagement
  • Manage performance management processes, KPI setting, bonuses, salary reviews, and long-service awards.
  • Organise company events, townhalls, engagement initiatives, and employee satisfaction surveys.
Learning, Talent & Succession
  • Drive learning and development initiatives, licensing requirements, talent management, and succession planning.
Regional HR & Government Grants
  • Provide regional HR generalist support as required.
  • Manage government grant applications and subsidies for HR, IT, and workforce initiatives.
Organisation & Digital Transformation
  • Maintain and update organisational charts.
  • Drive continuous improvement through HR digitalisation, automation, and AI tools to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to payroll and benefits administration (HR Generalist or C&B background).
  • Good knowledge of local labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Hands‑on experience with HRMS and payroll systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to analyze real‑time data to track financial, operational, and sustainability KPIs.
