Overview

Perm/Contract/Perm Part-time • Up to 6,000 • Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm • Marymount

Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present accurate financial statements and management reports. Conduct in-depth financial analysis, spotting trends and opportunities for improvement. Proactively advise management based on research and data-driven insights.
  • Budgeting, Forecasting & Strategy: Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support strategic growth. Partner with management to craft and refine pricing strategies for market competitiveness. Propose cost optimization and revenue-enhancement initiatives.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Implement strong internal controls and conduct audit preparations. Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.
  • Operations & Payroll: Oversee cash flow and working capital management. Be comfortable managing payroll processes when required. Support operational efficiency across finance functions.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor and support junior team members (if any). Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial and business goals. Contribute as a trusted advisor to Director.
