Job summary

A leading HR service provider in Singapore is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to manage employment contracts and support various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in HR management and at least two years of HR support experience. Key responsibilities include coordinating document issuance, assisting with regulatory submissions, and managing employee queries regarding benefits. Job description

HR Administration: Prepare employment contracts, letters, and respond to HR-related queries from internal stakeholders.

Document Management: Coordinate end-to-end issuance of contracts and letters, secure approvals, and maintain accurate electronic personnel files for audits and compliance.

Regulatory Support: Assist with timely submissions to government agencies (MOM, BCA, MOH) and manage background screening processes.

Medical Benefits: Review medical benefits invoices for payment and handle employee queries related to medical policy coverage.

HR Systems & Data: Support HR data management and system updates for employee records and staffing actions, ensuring accuracy and compliance across HR platforms.

General HR Support: Manage the pantry and stationery supplies, procurement-related transactions, and support staff recognition awards exercises.

Minimum Required Education, Skills, And Experience

Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Solid understanding of Human Resources policies, processes, and practices.

Minimum two (2) years of experience in administrative or HR support roles.

Strong written communication and reporting capabilities.

Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a positive, service-oriented attitude.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel – including VLOOKUP and Pivot Table, PowerPoint).

Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
