Job summary

A leading engineering company in Singapore is seeking a full-time Process Engineer. Job Description

Responsibilities

• Support and assist the SRE in all designated duties as directed by the SRE and/or supervising Qualified Person(s).
• Maintain high availability of services, implement robust backup solutions, and contribute to reliability and resilience initiatives.
• Develop, implement and administer a schedule of planned preventive and predictive maintenance for equipment, machinery and tools.
• Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients.
• Review and optimize DeltaV control strategies and batch recipes for GMP manufacturing.
• Develop and update Bill of Materials (BOM) structures to accommodate production and engineering modifications.
• Operate as a Process Engineer, utilizing cutting-edge technology, material science and surface engineering to advance technical objectives.
• Ensure project management aligns with engineering and contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards.
• Prepare sketches and detailed electrical designs and drawings.
• Perform engineering calculations and analysis.
• Check drawings and documents to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Contribute to the Simulation group, in fields related to structural dynamics, mechanics of materials, vibration and thermal.
• Perform review/gap analyses on customer specifications of chemical processes with appropriate process control measures.
• Ensure operations within PaxOcean Singapore comply with regulatory requirements and industry codes and standards.
• Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Assist in the management and configuration of Microsoft 365 services including user provisioning and licensing.
• Manage the cloud infrastructure that supports all environments and contribute to design/implementation enhancements for builds and cloud infrastructure.
