In this role, you will be an integral part of our operations, handling key administrative tasks related to payroll processing, compliance with local tax regulations, and other essential operational duties. You’ll ensure that everything runs smoothly and in accordance with local laws, making your work crucial to the success of our team.

• - Tax Compliance: Filing of employee's IR21 submission and tax clearance, ensuring full compliance with local tax regulations in Singapore and Malaysia;
• - Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including but not limited to data collections, data processing;
• - Regulatory Filings: Ensure that all necessary filings are completed accurately and within required timelines;
• - Operational Support: Support basic operations and assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed by the team.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid SingPass account — required for handling certain local administrative and compliance tasks;
• Basic proficiency in English (both oral and written);
• Strong attention to detail — you’ll be working with sensitive payroll and tax data, so accuracy and thoroughness are essential;

Preferred Qualifications

• Well-organized and reliable — able to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines efficiently;
• Compliance-oriented — understands the importance of meeting regulatory requirements and adhering to local laws;
• Eager to learn and grow — no need to be an expert from day one; we welcome someone who’s willing to develop their skills in payroll and compliance.
