P-Serv is partnering our Client, a leading name in digital transformation and we are looking for Payroll talents to be a part of the team!
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Singapore employees, including receiving payroll data inputs from multiple stakeholders and systems for a headcount of at least 2,000 employees.
- Verify payroll data against supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory and company requirements.
- Ensure payroll data is accurately interfaced between HR and payroll systems (e.g. Workday to Excelity or other local payroll systems).
- Manage payroll processes for resignees, including leave encashment and withholding of salary pending completion of exit clearance.
- Prepare and post accounting entries for payroll-related accruals (E.g. Bonus, CPF, Leave, Claims)
- Manage the claim and reimbursement process for Government Paid Leave (e.g. childcare, maternity, paternity, share parental leave) via the Government portal and ensuring relevant journals are posted
- Manage secondment billing for seconded staff
- Manage payments to external organisations by providing information to Finance and ensuring any relevant journals are done
- Support regular payroll audits by internal and external auditors, including but not limited to the preparation of payroll figures and documents requested by auditors and key personnel remuneration reporting
- Support the HR team in the implementation their policies and programs by ensuring these are operationalised and smoothly executed
- Perform on-going review of processes and systems (including system user acceptance test, if required) for operational excellence
- Any other ad-hoc matters
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of hands‑on Singapore payroll experience, preferably managing payroll for 1,000 – 2,000 headcounts
- Experience in billing and payroll reconciliation
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations, including the CPF Act and Income Tax Act
- Familiarity with local payroll systems
- Experience with Excelity will be an added advantage
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling large volumes of payroll data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Working Hours / Location
- Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 6pm (Hybrid Work Arrangement)
- Mapletree Business City (Labrador Park MRT Station)
